Effective September 2009: New requirements for address area location on "flats" and for tab placement on "letter" and "booklet" sized pieces.

USPS Move Update Regulations
NCOA - National Change of Address effective November 23, 2008.

The lists for ALL mailings qualifying for postage discounts MUST have been checked against the NCOA (change of address) postal file and updated within 95 days of the mail date. This applies to First Class Presorted Mail and Standard (bulk) Mail - including Non Profit.
